Back to Metz, back to school and back to the semi-regular posting about that one special aspect of French life,
fromage.

Today at the big Saturday market I picked up a lovely loaf of
pain sésame et tournesol, sesame and sunflower seed bread.

The
fromage that had my mouth watering before I had even paid for the wedge is a (yet another!)
tomme; a hard cheese with a mild flavor. This
tomme is speckled with
aïl et ciboulette, garlic and chives.
So.good.for.post-market.breakfast!
