My visa came in the mail today, about a week before I expected it, so that was a nice surprise. That also means I've kicked into high gear for packing... well, I've been thinking really hard about it anyway... I think packing is daunting no matter how many times I've done it and no matter if I can do it on auto-pilot or not.
My flight is Thursday night so I'll get in to Paris on Friday morning. Hopefully my contact from my uni will be able to meet me at the airport and take me to my apartment. I know I'll have about a hundred things to do once I get there. Things for getting settled and for preparing to teach on Monday. Yikes!
I'll update again once I'm there and settled in.
